Matter is made from atoms which are a lower vibration of aether. A lower vibration of light makes aether. So we have light, aether and matter and the soul is light arranged in some way. The energy behind all this which produces movement is God’s desire. Is this correct?
That is correct. Each cell within your physical being vibrates at its own unique vibration. All is vibration, constant movement. Each cell that is vibrating in its own unique way combines together to create the symphony that is you, your expression. There is nothing that is not vibrating. Light is an expression of vibrating energy. The soul is also vibrating energy. Energy is this movement, this vibration. God’s desire was to create movement.

Is there anything else beyond light and matter?
It is the energy of vibration that creates all realities. Remember that thought and emotions have their own unique vibration. Each thought like each cell is vibrating in its own unique way. Each emotion like each individual cell has its own unique vibratory rate. All is vibration. The uniqueness of light or matter is simply in the rate at which it is vibrating. Vibration is the movement of energy. You might say that the smallest building block of God’s desire is movement. It is that movement that creates everything.

What are time and space and the relationship between the two?
These concepts are a way to measure the movement of energy which is All That Is. This involves the length of the waves in the movement of energy or vibration which can be measured by the time it takes the wave to move through a segment of space. So the concept of time was created in order to measure the rate of movement in a vibration. This was a scientific development created to explore the movement of energy or vibration which exists within all things.
Space is the “no- thing” or the void in which the vibration moves, the concept of place in which the distance between wavelengths can be measured.

Is it accurate to say that time and space are a construct of our dimension and are not relevant to higher dimensions?
When you embrace the truth that all life is vibrating, that all that exists is reflecting a degree of vibration, and that in combination it creates the symphony of life, then there is not the necessity to measure each individual vibration in order to have an understanding of its nature. All simply is what it is, a part of the Oneness. There is no need to differentiate or measure because the belief in the Oneness of all, the unity consciousness, is an internalized belief. Your time and space are concepts of your dimension that you invent to measure the “difference between” in a belief system of separation. In reality all is one.

Is there a notable difference between our dimension and the sixth through twelfth dimensions? How is each dimension different?
As the rate of vibration increases in the higher dimensions there is more and more of a blending or combining of individual expressions. So as you begin to move through these realms you would experience more and more of the whole or concept of oneness and less of the concept of individual, unique parts.
An example of this could be any person you know. They are composed of many complex groups of cells all vibrating with their own unique frequency. Some of these cells form into groups that form particular organs, etc. But when you meet your friend you do not think about the vast groupings of cells that are all working together interconnected in their focus of creating this human. Instead you say, “Hello Sam.” You are acknowledging the complete being in front of you and not greeting the individual cells that make up that being. So too as you move upward in the realms each individual expression or vibration is recognized more as part of the complete composite that forms the expression of oneness. This concept has been termed unity consciousness and is ultimately expressed as Prime Creator or All That Is.
Simply put, the faster you are vibrating the more you become focused on the Oneness of life.

Is there example that you could give to explain a difference between the sixth dimension where you now reside and the twelfth dimension?
Yes. The sixth dimension is focused on unity yet the individual expressions are not blended into one. There are still seen as individuals although there is also the concept of being connected. At the twelfth vibrational dimension it is one vibration. Although there are still individual expressions composing this level it is seen and experienced as one vibration just as you see your body which is composed of many individual cells as one expression.

I am experiencing exactly what the masters described in this latest communication.  I have finally after a whole year of breakthroughs come to a point where I fully live from my heart center.  The question I have is this: when living from the heart and being of service in every opportunity that is presented I feel fully alive, filled with joy and contentment.  Yet, I still feel periods of doubt where I get nervous about making enough money to support myself.  As my faith has grown, these periods come less and less often.  Is it God's intention to take care of all of my material needs when I respond in love to the opportunities that are put before me for service to humanity?  Is my faith and acting on intuition enough or should I be doing more?
You must realize that you are the light of God. You are a god in your own right. You are the creator of your own reality. Through your thought force you attract to yourself what you need to sustain your experience. As you allow yourself to flow more fully in the positive force of love and compassion and seek to express this in all of your moments, you will attract what you need to sustain yourself both spiritually and physically. So we say to you to seek not that of the world but seek to express the beauty and the truth that lies within your own being and all of your earthly needs will be provided for you.

 As a lifelong Buddhist practitioner, I find that I am losing confidence in the human species and am increasingly gaining an overwhelming compassionate for nature and creatures that face too much disturbance from us humans.  Is there a way to overcome a sense of being the compassionate fool in that I easily become emotionally inundated and overcome by harshness, cruelty and the eradication of all that exists around our human species?
Seek to understand that it is through the misunderstanding of life and the interconnection of all of life that these acts are able to manifest and cause the destruction that you now witness across your planet. Allow yourself to look out upon your world and see the beauty that lies within the expression of nature. Realize that each individual eventually comes to the realization that all life is a reflection of the God Force. This Love is the Creative Force of all life and can be witnessed in all things. Seek to bring this understanding more fully into your own experience and you will be able to live your life with passion and to recognize the expression of God within all life forms, both animate and inanimate. Forgive those who live with a misunderstanding of the truth of life. Have compassion for those who have yet to reach an understanding of the interconnection of all. We say to you that when you see the destruction, the pain, and the misuse of creative power, it will be a comfort for you to go within and use your own creative power and imagine what you would change and create in its place. By dwelling on the opposite you only prolong its existence by adding your power of focused attention thereby lending your energy to its continuation. Remember that each person has the ability to serve with love and to initiate change, no matter how small, within your world. Focus your attention on what you desire to see manifested in your life and add your creative power to those who intend to create change in your world. In this way others will be drawn to join you and use their compassion and creative power to effect the transformation you all wish to see.

You have spoken about “safe areas” before when people have asked about beneficial locations in the U.S. to relocate to. What do you mean by safe areas?
You will find that there will be many shifts of energy. There will be what has been termed earth changes or turmoil along the coast lines of the U.S. and throughout the world. The water level of the oceans and waterways will rise. It is wise to live away from the coastal areas as well in areas where you will be able to live a more self-sufficient lifestyle. You will experience an economic collapse which you are already experiencing to some degree in the U.S. These changes will continue through your new decade.
