What is your definition of community?
Community is the life of which you are a part. It is not only your immediate community, those who live within the vicinity of your home, but it is also the community of life. It is the community of Nature, all of the creatures that dwell upon your Earth, and also the community of spirit. It includes those that have walked your earth in the past and those who have remained in spirit, who choose to work from the angelic realm to assist and uplift those who walk the earth path. And so your community includes all celestial bodies, as well as those creatures that live upon the earth and your immediate community of neighbors, associates, and friends. Your community is anything that you touch with your energy. And so it is your responsibility to focus your energy in such a way that it invites and supports community and in so doing you will be supported emotionally, mentally and spiritually.
What do you mean by being “emotionally self-sufficient”?
You are emotionally self-sufficient when you no longer move from an ego based reality. It is achieved when you let go of that and allow yourself to be connected to others without an agenda of wanting to build yourself up with appearances of singularity or of somehow being separate from them. When you feel your connection with others out of love and out of a desire to bring peace and understanding to your reality, this is emotional balance. When you truly want to understand another you demonstrate emotional security and are emotionally self-sufficient.
To have a sense of spiritual self-sufficiency is to be able to recognize the connection, the web of energy that connects all things in all dimensions everywhere. You have this foremost in your mind in your interactions with others so that it is no longer an ego game and then your relationships become based on universal love, compassion, and a knowingness of your interconnection with all of life. There is no longer a battle of wills, but a willingness to move towards benefit for each individual’s evolvement and growth and to realize that there is no one who is greater or lesser. Although this may at times appear to be so, it is not.
Can you speak about the world economy and environmental issues?
We have suggested to you to recognize your responsibility in the outcome of all these issues that are now before you in your world. The outcome here relies upon your ability to take hold of your power and to take the opportunities for service in areas where you believe you can be of help. You must create peace in your daily interactions with the people around you. You create peace by being peace, by expressing peace in your thoughts, words and deeds and bringing that peace forward from your heart center. In your prayers and meditations visualize the outcome you wish to bring forth into your world. Know that you are a powerful creative force! Do not allow doubt to fill your thoughts nor your heart. Hold steadfast to the belief of the power of your creative force and practice each day to bring that into your reality in whatever way that you choose, whether it be in community service, or financial support of causes that you feel guided towards. Your action might simply be creative visualization or prayer. Each small act is in reality a part of the larger voice that will create for you, in the midst of change, a safe haven and a bit of peace.
Many are feeling now that your economy will get better and that it is presently on the upswing. But it is what you choose to do with the information that you are subjected to and how you process that information that will affect your reality. You are literally creating your own personal economy through your belief system and your perception of what is true in your reality. Remember your power as a creative being and wield that power for the benefit of all.
